Yes, unlimited levels. Payout is based upon tiers selected. This is needed ASAP!
A temporary work around is that a client wants a three tier campaign so I unlocked all 7 levels & I added a certain commission on tier 1,2,3 but on levels 4-7 I put ZERO in the commission box. That way affiliates can keep enrolling down to the 7th tier & it will only pay out the 3 tiers. The tiers could get filled up quickly though.

Just got a reply from our devs. This is the direct response from the developer:
"Development Ticket Status Changed to: Closed
Note from the Developer: Hi @Ricky Duong ,
The behaviour of not allowing sub-affiliate is expected. So basically its a 3 tier campaign so we are allowing 3 levels only, that means as per the loom
Wendy ➝Jennie ➝ Kyle
So as per the current config its done. So we are not allowing Kyle to add more peoples under him, whereas Jennie and Wendy can add as much as people they want.
This is the expected product behaviour. Thanks"
They have confirmed that the way the our Affiliate Manager Software was designed is as we discussed before so the behavior we experienced was to be expected.
Once again, if you have still would like to provide feedback to the devs in regards to this as you stated in your experience with other affiliate systems the use case is different and you think our system could benefit from such an enhancement, please visit ideas.gohighlevel.com and add an enhancement idea for the feature so the devs may directly take this into consideration.
Yeah, that's crap.
What they are saying is so stupid. Kyle can't bring in anyone, even though the people he brings in would be his "second" tier.
They really need to look at all the other affiliate programs and see the proper way for it to work.
The downline is unlimited, the tiers are how it's paid. PERIOD!
Even Google AI knows it...LMFAO

Yes, multi-tier affiliate programs can have unlimited downlines while capping commissions based on tiers:
Will forward it to them, make sure to post your feedback on the board.

Yes! The ability for a current affiliate to send an affiliate signup link to a prospect is the only thing keeping me from switching to the GHL Affiliate Manager. I currently use PostAffiliatePro, which easily allows for an affiliate to send an affiliate signup link to someone and then have that person automatically nested under them as a sub-affiliate.

A two-tiered affiliate system is a must. Affiliates should be able to sign up other affiliates with a link.
