AS of 4/7/2023 the affiliate gets an email containing their affiliate link when they are added to an affiliate manager campaign and we have no way to send any follow-up emails containing their affiliate link. We need to be able to send follow-up / reminder emails containing their affiliate link after the original email goes out.

Now custom email/SMS comms can be configured using the new workflow trigger "Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign". Using this trigger, users can create their own custom onboarding emails using the following custom variables: Affiliate Name, Affiliate Email, Affiliate Phone Number, Campaigns associated with the affiliate, Total Revenue generated, Commissions earned, Affiliate Referral Link, Affiliate Portal Link and Magic Login Link (for direct access to the affiliate portal)

Tushar Datt Upadhyay - This is NOT complete. I just spent two full days testing this and can confirm the affiliate custom variables listed here DO NOT EXIST in the workflow email editor.
Here's exactly what I did:
Created a workflow with the "Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign" trigger, filtered to my campaign.
Added a Send Email action.
Opened the email editor, clicked the Custom Values picker — there is NO "Affiliate" category. The only categories available are: Contact, Company, User, Appointment, Calendar, Message, Account.
Tested an Internal Notification action in the same workflow — same picker, same result. No Affiliate category anywhere.
Confirmed with HighLevel's own AI support tool — it responded: "The affiliate-specific merge fields are not exposed as selectable custom values inside the workflow email editor. The docs do not document any affiliate-level merge fields that you can insert into a workflow email body."
So HighLevel's own support AI is confirming these merge fields don't exist, while this feature request is marked "complete."
Meanwhile, the system default email that fires when you manually add an affiliate DOES populate the affiliate's name, referral link, and portal login — proving the data exists internally. It's just not exposed to users in the workflow editor like this changelog claims.
This needs to be reopened. The custom variables listed — Affiliate Name, Affiliate Referral Link, Affiliate Portal Link, Magic Login Link — are not available in the Send Email action's Custom Values picker when using the "Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign" trigger. Period.

The affiliate welcome email cannot be sent from a workflow, since the affiliate custom values do not populate in the email, when the email is sent through a workflow.
The email in the affiliate manager's campaign settings cannot be disabled at this time, so we need the ability to disable it, so only the email in the workflow will be sent.
These features have been requested by our users, since they want to be able to customize all the details of the welcome email they send to their affiliates.

Why aren't the affiliate links available via the API at least on the contact object? If at least they were available somewhere we could make do for the time being. Please make the affiliate referral links available so we can put them into email campaigns, reminders, show them their link on screens where possible, pull them via API, etc.

We need a custom value of contact's affiliate link. We need to zap out. Or just send it via SMS without manually grabbing it from Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Affiliates

Can't believe this doesn't exist...it's hard to create swipe emails and images and embed their affiliate links when we don't know their affiliate link/ID.

This is CRUCIAL in my line of business. I agree and would vote that up 100x if I could. I need to be able to create email campaigns to my affiliates when it's time to promote something, and want their affiliate link to be in there. I would do this in a workflow, so we also need affiliate codes available to us in workflows.

I would be super use full to be able to use the affiliate custom values in the Workflow email builder as well, so we can automate reminder to our affiliates when a launch is about to happen. That way we can remind them where marketing assets / materials are and send then their affliate link in case they forgot it.
