In the High Level affiliate system, the structure limits the number of tiers that can have sub-affiliates based on the initial affiliate's perspective.
Currently, the High Level subaccount affiliate system limits the growth of affiliate networks by restricting the ability of affiliates in the final tier to recruit their own sub-affiliates. This cap hinders the expansion potential and reduces the effectiveness of the affiliate program. To address this limitation, I propose the implementation of independent multi-tier affiliate structures, allowing EACH affiliate to build up to all tiers of sub-affiliates, regardless of their position in the original hierarchy.
If we are looking at scenario with 3 tiers this is the problem:
Current Limitation:
Affiliates are capped at three tiers from the perspective of the original recruiter.
Once an affiliate reaches the third tier, they cannot recruit additional sub-affiliates.
This restriction significantly limits the potential growth and engagement of the affiliate network.
Proposed Solution:
Implement a flexible multi-tier structure where:
Each affiliate can independently recruit and manage up to three tiers of sub-affiliates.
The tier cap is based on each affiliate’s perspective, not the original recruiter's hierarchy.
Benefits:
Enhanced Growth: Allows continuous expansion of the affiliate network, encouraging affiliates to actively recruit and support their own sub-affiliates.
Increased Engagement: Affiliates are more motivated to participate and grow their network when they can fully utilize their recruiting potential.
Scalable Network: Creates a scalable and robust affiliate program that can adapt to the needs of growing businesses.
Example Scenario:
Affiliate A recruits Affiliate B.
Affiliate B recruits Affiliate C.
Affiliate C recruits Affiliate D and Affiliate E.
In the proposed system:
Affiliate C can still recruit additional sub-affiliates beyond Affiliate D and Affiliate E.
Each affiliate can build and manage their own three-tier network independently, maximizing growth potential.
Conclusion:
By implementing independent multi-tier affiliate structures, High Level can provide a more flexible and powerful tool for businesses to grow their affiliate networks effectively. This change will enhance the overall value and competitiveness of the High Level affiliate system.
