Allow Custom Page URLs for Sub-Affiliate Signup Links (Not Form-Only)

In the Sub-Affiliate Signup settings, the option is labeled “Sub Affiliate signup page,” but the configuration only allows selecting a form, not an actual page URL.
This limits flexibility when teams want to send sub-affiliates to a custom-designed landing page (hosted on WordPress, HighLevel Sites, or elsewhere) while still passing the required sam_id parameter.
For example, an ideal use case would be the ability to generate or define a sub-affiliate link like:
Right now, the system forces a widget/form-based link instead of allowing:
- A custom page URL
- Automatic appending of the sub-affiliate ID
- Better branding, messaging, and conversion optimization
Suggested Improvement:
Allow users to:
- Define a custom page URL for sub-affiliate signup
- Automatically append the sam_id (or equivalent) to that URL
- Optionally still support forms for those who want the default behavior
This would align the feature with its labeling (“page”), improve conversion control, and make sub-affiliate onboarding far more flexible.
