Prasoon Dadhich Yes FB & IG please. The word ManyChat isn't in the original request. Only in a comment. Since I am not a ManyChat user I cannot talk to the capabilities or limitations of that example platform. HOWEVER, the point of the original request (from my perspective) is to have all platforms that are integrated in Social Planner have live interactions. Engagement on the social media platform is more important than content. Posts are the "media" part of social media; comments and likes are the "social" part of social media.

ability to view comments but more important to be able to use comments as triggers in workflows (like Many Chat) -- i have to keep that subscription just for that feature
