We propose moving and integrating the automated, intelligent comment-reply feature for Instagram and Facebook posts from the Workflows (Automations) section into the Social Planner, and linking it directly to each post that is scheduled or published.
Rationale and user convenience:
  1. Contextual integration: Currently, setting up automated comment replies for social media requires creating a separate, often complex Workflow in Automations. By placing this feature directly under the post in the Social Planner, users can define reply rules (for example, replies to comments containing specific keywords or trigger phrases such as 'type X in the comments') immediately and directly when creating or scheduling content.
  2. Inspired by leading tools: This feature aligns with best practices used by specialized social media management tools (such as MiniChat), providing a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
  3. Engagement uplift: Making it easier to set up instant automated replies will encourage users to run interactive campaigns (for example, Comment-to-Win contests) more efficiently, increasing engagement reach for their brands.
Conclusion: Moving this feature to the Social Planner will make automating interactions on posts more visual, focused, and user-friendly for all HighLevel users.
