I would like to suggest an improvement for the Instagram publishing features inside the Marketing section of GoHighLevel.
Currently, when publishing Instagram posts directly through the CRM, there is no option to tag products within the post. Adding Instagram Shopping product tagging support would be extremely valuable for eCommerce businesses and agencies like ours that manage multiple brands and online stores.
Why this is important:
Improved conversion rates:
The ability to tag products directly in Instagram posts would allow users to create a more seamless shopping experience, helping audiences discover and purchase products faster.
Better social commerce integration:
Instagram Shopping has become a major part of modern eCommerce marketing strategies. Having native product tagging inside GoHighLevel would make the platform much more competitive for agencies and online brands.
More efficient workflows:
Currently, businesses often need to manually publish posts through Instagram to add product tags. Integrating this feature directly into the CRM would save time and centralize the entire content publishing workflow.
Enhanced reporting and campaign tracking:
Product-tagged posts could provide additional insights into engagement, clicks, and conversions generated from social media campaigns.
Suggested implementation:
Add support for Instagram Shopping product tagging when scheduling or publishing Instagram posts through the CRM.
Allow users to connect Meta Commerce Manager catalogs directly inside GoHighLevel.
Include the ability to search and select products from connected catalogs while creating a post.
Optionally support tagging multiple products within carousel posts and reels.
This addition would significantly improve the social media publishing experience for eCommerce businesses, digital marketing agencies, and brands using GoHighLevel as their central marketing platform.
Thank you for the incredible work you continue to do on the platform. We’re excited to see future improvements and innovations.
