Always getting this when posting IG reels:

"There was a problem while posting:

Unsupported video format or specifications. See Video Specifications for more details."

It posts to Tiktok, YT Shorts and FB Reels perfect. The file is mp4/ h.264 / AAC which is what Instagram ask for.

File is stored in GHL media library and I choose video > upload video > insert.

I ensure the reels checkbox is checked.

My videos are less than 1 min.

Any ideas?

I am having trouble with this, the posts are not going through and failing. I cannot preview the reel itself and it wont let me do a reel to IG/FB which Meta Business Suite lets me do since we consistently use both platforms

I'd appreciate not only reels, but the opportunity to select what I want the content to be. For example if you have ever used loomly as a post scheduler, you upload the content, select what you want the content to be then are able to schedule it.

I’m hoping y’all unveiling not just reels but like reels with ability to set a cover and you’re rolling out shorts too, sigh … I’ve only started using planner for one client and meta keeps getting better and better

Does it really take 10 months to implement this? I have to set myself reminders in my calendar and alarm to remind me to manually post my reels for our 10+ clients. It's a bloomin' nightmare.

Any update on this? would love to post reels on Instagram
