Ability to add hyperlinks inside social posts using Social Planner

Would like the ability to tag individual LinkedIn Profiles and Company pages in LI posts via the Social Planner. Currently we need to paste the entire LinkedIn url string to the post or go to the LI platform to tag people. Thx
