🛑 Problem
Right now, you can tag an opportunity as Lost and even assign a Lost Reason, but there’s no way to filter or sort your Smart List by those reasons. You can’t easily pull a list of “Lost → Bad Timing” or “Lost → Budget” to re-engage or retarget.
💡 Proposed Solution
In the Smart List builder, under Pipeline Status → Lost, add an additional filter for Lost Reason with the operators:
is
is not
includes
does not include
This would let you build queries like:
“Pipeline Status = Lost AND Lost Reason includes ‘Bad Timing’”
“Pipeline Status = Lost AND Lost Reason is not ‘No Budget’”
🎯 Why It Matters
Re-targeting: Quickly reach out to prospects whose reason for losing was temporary (e.g. bad timing), rather than manually sorting through every lost deal.
Data-Driven Follow-Up: Automate drip campaigns or reminders based on specific lost reasons—turn “almost” into “yes.”
Pipeline Hygiene: Keep your active pipeline clean while still maintaining an easily accessible archive of “lost but not forgotten” opportunities.
