You should be able to create smart lists of contacts who clicked or purchased something without setting up automations. Easily segmenting buyers and interested people is a fundamental practice in email marketing. The fact we have to set up automations and tracking links for every single email we send manually is laborious and unnecessary. We can track clicks in email stats, and we can see buyers in transactions - so why can't we filter and create smart lists of people who clicked links in a certain email or purchased a certain product?
