Save Smart List (Contacts) Columns
in progress

When I add columns to smartlists/columns, for example, opportunity and source, there is no way to save those columns. When you go back you have to add them again. There are certain columns I use all the time (other people too I'm sure). It would be great if there was a way to save them.

🚀 Beta Test Opportunity: New Contacts List View
We’re excited to announce that we’re rolling out a new Contacts List view with updated filters and Smartlists. This feature has been designed to give you more flexibility, speed, and control when managing your contacts.
We’re opening up early access to a limited number of users who’d like to beta test this update.
👉 If you’re interested, please email me at pallavi.kothari@gohighlevel.com
with the Sub-Account ID you’d like us to enable the beta on.
⚠️ Please make sure the Sub-Account you share is one you’re comfortable testing in. While we’ve taken every precaution to prevent issues, there’s a small chance of changes affecting filters and Smartlists.
Your feedback will help us refine this before the full release! 💡

"In Progress" for how much longer? This is a very basic feature that is already implemented for Contacts and Custom Objects so just copy the code over from those objects to Opportunities...

This NEEDS to be implemented. This is a really basic feature that should be made already! Thanks to the devs and team working on this. Appreciate you guys truly!

My workaround is to create a filter like "Firstname is not empty" (as suggested below), save the smart list with my columns, and then remove the filter and save it again. This effectively creates a smart list with custom columns and NO filters which is what I wanted.

need this badly

What about having smart lists created to be able to include them on a snapshot or even share with other sub accounts when you want to export the same thing from 100+ sub accounts you currently have to go to each sub account and create the list manually
T
Tracey Lipnicki
Diego Del Vecchio 100% manually creating smartlists in every account is a pain. And we also should be able to see as agency admins the smartlists that our clients make so we can help them with issues without having to log in as them and logging us out of every other window we are working in its a pain having to keep multiple browsers just to work effectively

This still isn't fixed. Here the work around.
Go to Contact > Smart List. Change the layout with the columns that you want.
Click "More Filters" on the right. Click "First Name" and set to "Is not empty". Click apply. At the bottom click "Save as smart list". Name it whatever, eg. "Contact List".
At the top you will see "All" and then your new list "Contact List" with the columns saved.
Hope it helps.
