It would really be great if there was a way to create manual smart lists. Like if there's a group of contacts I need to get in touch with, but there isn't anything specific about them that I can filter to create a smart list, I should be able to check the boxes beside their names and then create a smart list.

Also, why can't I create a tag in the bulk add a tag button?
