V2 Service Menus Not Supported on Lead Connector iOS App

Hello,
You recently released the V2 service menus, an update I truly appreciated (service creation, advanced customization, booking link, etc.).
However, this new V2 menu is not showing up in the mobile app. Only the V1 service menu, meeting calendars, and group calendars are visible. In addition, when I try to confirm an appointment through the notifications tab, I get the message “inactive calendar.”
This creates a real issue in my daily workflow, as I cannot properly manage or confirm appointments from the mobile app. I always have to switch to the web version, which reduces my reactivity and complicates the process with clients.
Could you please look into this and fix the issue so that V2 service menus are fully available on the mobile app?

Hello,
I’m following up on this issue reported over a month ago. Despite all the recent updates related to the Calendar, the Service Menus V2 are still not supported on the iOS Lead Connector app.
This remains a major issue in daily use:
• It’s impossible to properly manage or confirm appointments from the mobile app,
• We always have to switch to the web version,
• And the “inactive calendar” message still appears when confirming appointments.
The V2 brings a lot of value (custom services, advanced personalization, booking links, etc.), but as long as it’s unavailable on mobile, it’s unusable in a real workflow.
It’s quite disappointing that, even after multiple recent calendar updates, this critical limitation still hasn’t been addressed, especially since it directly impacts user productivity and experience.
Could you please provide a clear update on the progress of this integration and, most importantly, an estimated release date for mobile support?
Thanks in advance for your reply, but it’s really time this issue gets prioritized.

As a workaround I had to create the services twice and use V1 as the one for mobile and V2 as the one clients use online to book appointments. Big headache though.

This needs to be update ASAP or I will have to use another system for my clients with multiple locations… what is the point of this update if not available on the mobile?! I was a beta tester for the V2 update and expressed this several times during the testing phase… this is severally impacting our clients ability to serve their customers and impact our business relationship!
