The calendar cancellation page isn't editable or customizable

The calendar cancellation page ({{cancellation_link}} is not customizable and there is no way to see the cancellation reason when a client submits the form. This is a huge problem if there is no fix for this

Yes, being able to customize the cancelation page directly would be awesome!
It would also be great to be able to make the "cancelation reason" field and optional field instead of requiring a reason in order to cancel the appointment. Currently, the cancelation button cannot be clicked unless they enter a reason.

Right now we cant even integrate an appointment rescheduling or cancelation widget on our own pages. A little more malleability there would be nice

Very much needed, and also the ability to customize the "Cancellations are not allowed at this time" page when a user tries to cancel or reschedule outside the time limit.
