The Service Calendar has the option to select multiple services. However, when 1 person books an appointment with more than 1 service, highlevel counts it as separate appointments.
This causes issues such as appointments reminders getting sent twice or more to the same person even though the customer only booked 1 appointment. It would be good to have the option to count it as 1 appointment since when we add multiple services, it's just back to back timings.
This prevents duplicate entries into workflows for the same customer. We also aren't able to turn off re-entry as some services are recurring customers. The option in service calendar (attached file) also shows it's meant to be a "SINGLE APPOINTMENT" so it doesn't really make sense if highlevel treats them as separate appointments.
