Problem: As an admin in GHL, when an appointment is canceled by a lead/customer or by user/staff using the web app or mobile app, I am not able to see who canceled the appointment and when it was canceled in the Appointment List View, Appointment Report, or Appointment Details.
Expectation: As an admin in GHL , I should be easily able to see who canceled an appointment and when in the Appointment List View, Appointment Report, or Appointment Details.
Use case:
someone mistakenly cancels an appointment and books an appointment - the admins would want to follow up with the person who canceled the appointment
To be able to track which staff members are having to cancel appointments and when - to facilitate staff scheduling
To be able to track performance of staff with booking appointments and which appointments are canceled and why to be able to improve converting leads to customers
