Problem: As an admin in GHL, when an appointment is rescheduled by a lead/customer or by user/staff using the web app or mobile app, I am not able see to who rescheduled the appointment and when it was rescheduled in the Appointment List View, Appointment Report, or Appointment Details.
Expectation: As an admin in GHL , I should be easily able to see who rescheduled an appointment and when in the Appointment List View, Appointment Report, or Appointment Details.
Use case:
someone mistakenly uses the "custom" setting when rescheduling an appointment and books an appointment when a provider is not available - the admins would want to follow up with the person who rescheduled the appointment
To be able to track which user/staff members are having to reschedule appointments and when - to facilitate staff scheduling
To be able to track performance of staff with booking appointments and which appointments are rescheduled to be able to improve converting leads to customers
