Context:
Currently, in a Round-Robin calendar, appointments are distributed among team members based on their availability. However, not all members want to handle the same number of appointments per day.
Problem:
There is currently no way to define an individual daily appointment limit for each user in a Round-Robin calendar.
Requested Improvement:
Allow each user included in a Round-Robin calendar to configure their own maximum number of appointments per day, without affecting the distribution for other members.
Example:
Charles wants 1 appointment max per day
Catherine is okay with 2 appointments max per day
Théo is available for up to 4 appointments per day
Once a user reaches their daily quota, the system should stop offering them as an available option, even if they still have open time slots.
Benefits:
Greater flexibility for teams with varying workloads (part-time, full-time, freelancers, etc.)
Better work-life balance and more fair workload distribution
Smoother adoption of the tool in collaborative environments
