To make Rentals properly usable, each listing needs its own availability and scheduling settings.

At the moment, booking settings appear to be global. That causes problems for businesses with multiple rental units, because each unit may have different:

• available dates

• check-in and check-out rules

• booking limits

• blocked days

• pricing logic

What is needed is:

• availability settings at the listing level

• scheduling rules at the listing level

• booking rules at the listing level

Example:

If a business has 5 rental properties, each property should be able to have its own calendar and its own booking rules, without affecting the others.

This would make Rentals much more practical for real-world use and much easier for agencies to sell.
