Have partial payments added to Rental Calendars to enable to take deposits for rental booking

Need to add a true % deposit when booking, for example 50% down, across all bookings, whether you're booking for one night or seven, ten, 15, whichever...entering a dollar amount across endless bookings doesn't really work. Also, why are they called "Variants" that's NOT a consumer-friendly term, we should have the ability change that. Lastly, once a stay is booked, deposit amount collected, the system needs to be able to send an invoice with a minimum of 48 hours upon arrival.

This function is very important! Users are used to not paying the total amount of the reservation at the time, but a part of it, as in Airbnb or Booking. The remaining charge should be issued days before the reserved date.
