One-way calendar sync

At the moment, when you sync your calendar with Google or Outlook it pulls all your existing calendar entries into GHL.
For obvious reasons and data protection, clients don't want this.
Can we have the feature so that appointments made in GHL get synced to Google/Outlook calendars but NOT the other way around.

IMPORTANT:
I should not be able to see everyone events on their calendars... that's crazy that I can click on anyone's name and see their entire schedule, family events, doctors events and anything else that they have on their synched calendars.

ORRRR.... Keep 2-way synch, BUT create a toggle option to only show "Blocked Time" on other calendars.
