NEW SERVICE CALENDAR NOTIFICATION

Hello,
I am having a problem with email notifications for the new service calendar (enabled in the global calendar settings at the sub-account level in the agency view). When I add an appointment confirmation notification for customers and use custom values such as “appointment start date and time,” “name of user assigned to the appointment,” or “calendar name,” these fields remain empty in the email received by the customer.

Yes, as of March 2025, there are still issues with blank fields. I believe the emails & SMS notifications are being sent too soon. With Voice AI, the SMS sends even before the call ends--the Agent doesn't have enough time to update the fields based on the transcript, especially when the caller leaves a name and number that are different from the Caller ID name/number.
