HighLevel already allows us to store multiple addresses under a contact using custom fields, which is helpful. What would make Services Booking much better is improving how those addresses are selected and displayed during booking.

Instead of having to create/select a separate Location Name through Staff Location settings, it would be much more practical if the Service Booking page had a dropdown that automatically showed the addresses saved under that contact.

For example, when booking a service for a customer with multiple properties, the dropdown could show:

Main Address

Address 2

Address 3

Other saved property addresses

Other Service Address

The user could simply select the correct property for that specific appointment.

This would be especially helpful for property management companies, landlords, and customers with multiple properties, because we would not need to create separate contact records or rely on manually configured staff locations just to identify the correct service address.

Another important improvement would be:

Show the selected Service Address on the Calendar

Please add an option to display the actual service address selected for the booking directly on the calendar appointment card or hover details.

Right now, we tried using:

{{servicebooking.meeting_location}}

in the appointment display/title, but after the appointment is saved, the selected Service Booking location does not populate when hovering over the appointment on the calendar.

The ideal behavior would be:

Customer Name | Selected Service Address | Service

The important part is that the address displayed should come from the specific Service Booking, not automatically from the contact’s primary address.

This would make Services Booking much more practical for field service businesses that regularly service multiple properties under one customer.
