I would love if we can have two forms for bookings (service) one at the beginning of booking and one at the end. then both form would save in details tab. why? because the fist form has URL redirects, eliminating client error, it would direct them to the right service so they don't select the wrong one. Then at the end of the booking there would be a form where the enter their contact info. finally in calendar, staff can see all the details so they know who, what, when, why, how. making it a powerful booking system
