Have a switch in each account to disable multiple calendar bookings for contacts. We've had contacts self-schedule themselves a 2nd appointment before canceling the first. But when they do that... HL workflows get confused and they end up without any reminders of their appointment. And no one knows it until we just happen upon it.

Yes, a way to prevent a user from at least booking twice at the same block would be nice. We allow everyone to book a hand full of times they can do a group zoom with one of our speakers, and we have other automations including zaps send data to a google sheet, and it's just frustrating when they're allowed to accidently book themselves 2 or more times in the same spot and the system doesn't catch this and just keep it at one booking.
I could understand if they'd be able to book different times and they all be legit appointments, but not twice on the same. Maybe an option click. Users allow to book multiple events on same calendar? and if not, then they have to reschedule the one they have, or cancel and rebook or a confirmation that the newest one will override the older one...
