Currently, all you see is the appointment title and time in the Calendar View. We should be able to customize this so the block of info can include vital information needed without the person having to click on and view the appointment.

Example:

who the appointment is with

room the appointment is in

service being rendered

contact phone (for easy calling to confirm, etc.) or a phone icon to direct dial

For our clients using rooms, like conference rooms, where different sales people book to make presentations, they can't see which rooms are open or who's in what room without opening the calendar view. The receptionist fumbles around when a new client comes in trying to figure out where their appointment is and with whom.

Also, allowing custom colors per user, room, etc.
