We need the ability to set dynamic pricing rules in the new GHL Calendars.
• Example: If a client books an appointment on the same day, apply a surcharge (flat fee or % increase).
• If the booking is made 24h+ in advance, keep the standard price.
This is common in service industries (massage, wellness, on-site service providers, etc.) where same-day requests require more logistics.
This would allow:
• Automated same-day premium pricing
• Clear communication of fees to clients at checkout
• Correct payouts for staff (including differential rates for urgent appointments)
