Conditional Logic for CALENDAR (Not Just Forms)
A
Atomic Enrollment
Please add native conditional logic to the Calendar Booking widget — without requiring a separate form first.
→ The Problem:
Currently, if I want to ask qualifying questions before allowing someone to book, I have to:
- Send them through a form with logic, and then
- Redirect them to a calendar booking page only if they qualify
This two-step process creates unnecessary friction, hurts conversion rates, and disrupts what should be a smooth, unified experience. It also breaks the “instant booking” flow many users expect.
→ The Solution:
Allow us to build conditional logic directly into the calendar widget. For example:
- Ask 1–2 questions (drop-down, radio, yes/no)
Based on responses:
- Allow booking
- Redirect to a DQ page
- Show a message saying they’re not eligible
This is already possible with tools like Calendly Routing, Paperform, and TidyCal — but we’d rather keep our funnel unified inside GHL.
→ Why It Matters:
- Smoother UX = higher conversions
- Eliminates form > calendar disconnect
- Makes GHL calendars viable for high-intent lead flows and advanced segmentation
- Keeps us from duct-taping outside tools or using awkward workarounds
Please consider this — it’s one of the biggest blockers we face when trying to streamline our funnels inside GHL.
Thank you 🙏

YES!! This needs to happen.
We've run multiple funnels in GHL, and the form → calendar handoff kills momentum every time. It's clunky, adds load time, and introduces drop-off in places we can't afford it.
Having qualifying logic built directly into the calendar widget would be a game-changer. It simplifies everything — especially for high-intent leads who should be able to book instantly if they’re qualified.
