Currently, appointments scheduled through HighLevel’s native Calendars do not appear within the Events Calendar of a Community Group. It would be incredibly valuable to allow calendar events—especially group-based or public-facing sessions—to automatically display inside the Community’s Events tab.
Suggested Features:
- Native Sync Option: Allow a calendar-level or appointment-level toggle to automatically push the event into a selected Community Group’s Events Calendar.
- Field Mapping: Map appointment title, start/end time, and meeting location directly into the Community Event details.
- Audience Visibility Controls: Option to make events public to all members, private, or limited to specific tags/groups.
- Workflow Trigger Compatibility: Add triggers like “Appointment Booked > Push to Community Events” for further automation.
- Edit Sync Behavior: If appointment changes, auto-update the Community Event, or prompt for manual sync confirmation.
Use Case:
Coaches, consultants, and community builders often run live group calls or classes through the appointment system. Showing these sessions in the Events Calendar improves member engagement, reduces missed events, and streamlines the user experience without requiring manual duplication of event details.
