Introduce a calendar type that is specifically designed for table booking. A finite number of covers is configured in the calendar and the number of people the booking is for is requested as standard, perhaps with an option to have max number for calendar bookings and a message to contact the venue directly if the requested booking size exceeds this maximum

We need the calendar functionality to be extended to allow restaurant bookings - to capture the Date, Time, Party size, Option to eat inside or out, drink inside or out, a summary page and booking terms visible (instead of a link) before submission by customers, and a manual blocking of tables/slots and a booking view for the sub-account admins/users.
It must allow choosing a time slot only after selecting the Party size.
