Why is this down as complete when it is so useless for most people it is barely usable?
- Not everyone wants the same set number of weeks, or time between (ie weekly, monthly) for their recurring appointment, so making this the same for everyone is useless
- Most clients want indefinite recurring appointments, so we have to set a reminder to schedule another recurring every 24 appointments, that's every 4 weeks for some of our clients. When it's for thousands of appointments that's obviously time consuming and impossible to avoid all human error.
- Recurring appointments aren't linked so when we want to delete out, or edit a series, we can't. ie client books 9am, then the next days changes to 10am and we have to manually delete 24 appointments one by one.
- This means our team is either still juggling between GHL and our old CRM which doesn't have the issue (but is nowhere near as good as GHL in every other way) or they are wasting hours and hours on GHL with the above issues, or not using recurring at all and wasting hours manually doing something that they shouldn't need to do.

Some businesess can't work with set times. They need to choose their own times and how long each job takes because different tasks need different amounts of time. Making a special setup for each customer would be way too much. If I'm missing something, please let me know. Thanks!

I would love to see an option that allows recurring appointments to be scheduled for the same time each month, i.e. second Tuesday of each month.

I agree this a less then satisfying feature. if it worked Like Google Calendars it would be spectacular

It may be out, but it's barely usable it's so bad! Simple features that any competitor does regularor a free Google calendar does are misssing! For example, you can't book more than 24 recurring appointments, so every 6 months you need to re book a regualr appointment! And you can't edit the recurring series as a group, for example, if a customer changes their recurring time from 9am to 10am, you have to manually change every single appointment! As opposed to Google calendar and others saying so you want to edit this appointment or the recurring series! Please fix this urgently, you've promised this feture for a year and then released something that is useless!

Scott Hunt: agreed, and also when you book a recurring meeting, if you want reminder SMS/email automations sent out for each meeting, the contact in the workflow will be duplicated up to 24 times. Can you make a better way to send ongoing reminders that will activate?

When will this be completed??? We've now had close to a dozen promises broken over the last year re when this was tpo be released! The most recent being but levelk up, followed by GHL staff saying within 2 weeks after that! Please let let me know when this is happening! Right now I have wasted a fortune on GHL watign for this feature, you keep charging me full price, but can't even deliver a festure within a year of promising it!
