Block incoming spam emails

Be able to mark an email as spam and block it from coming into the system. Because I’m charged for every email that comes through the system, there should be a way to block unwanted emails. Not all emails come with unsubscribe options.

It is so annoying having 100+ spam emails. We need to have an option to block these idiots from our contact lists

This is a must. I had to change the subdomain for a client because he was getting spammed non stop and even DND was not enough to stop the notifications. There must be a block list of emails (and domains) that stops incoming emails from that list.

Any update? The SPAM is getting worse and worse!

It's quite crazy that this isn't a thing, or even a workflow trigger, so we can put our own spam protection in place. We need our emails connected, yet our conversations are plagued with fraud and spam - it's infuriating

spam emails are pretty dangerous for business. makes the email feature almost unusable. and pretty awkward when we wanna sell this shit and have to tell customers "oh yeah, and bad emails dont go to spam. You're on your own. good luck." imagine the thousands of dollars lost on this.
so, yeah...

Philipp Prepens True, I had to change the email subdomain to stop a list of emails coming in but couldn't tell me client that there is no way around it :(

Here's one that just came in now. We need a way to block this please.

We definitely need a way to block inbound email spam. My clients get freaked out when they see it plus we're paying for this crap.

This was discussed in a recent Workflows Town Hall Chase Buckner.
The attached image is from a scammer, not simple spam.
Can we please get DND inbound email like we have for the phone number?
Ideally with a workflow action. But the skateboard would be manual as we now have for phone.
I would like to see a trigger based on the headers of an inbound email.
What is the sender address? Does it match the sending domain? What is the subject? What is the To address? What is the Cc address? Is my business only on the Bcc line (almost certainly phishing or mass cold outreach!)?

Not only spam. The ability to block an email address is crucial to prevent inappropriate content as well. (Like pictures. )

Kent Egelund True, Just like in IONOS Mailbox, the images are not auto downloaded, you allow it or it stays blocked.
