It would be helpful to have an option to automatically record meetings booked through the GoHighLevel calendar.

At the moment, we are using Outlook, and when we schedule internal or team meetings through GHL, there are no clear meeting or recording options shown in the calendar invitation. Because of this, team members need to join the meeting first and then manually start the recording, which can easily be missed.

We would love to have either:

•An “Automatically Record Meeting” option when creating a calendar event, or

•A calendar-level setting that automatically records all meetings booked through a specific calendar.

This would mean we wouldn’t have to manually start or enable the recording after joining every meeting. Once the feature is enabled, meetings could be recorded automatically without any additional steps from the team.

This would be especially useful for internal team meetings, training sessions, client discussions, and meetings that need to be reviewed later for action items and documentation.

Having this feature would make meeting management much easier, save time, and reduce the risk of important meetings not being recorded.
