Assign specific colors to users
C
Christina Ivy
I would like to be able to change the "assigned color" my users have in my calendar. I have multiple users that all have the color blue in that little strip on the side of the appointment that is supposed to help with identifying who the appointment belongs to. Since 3 of the users I have to look at side-by-side are blue, I always have to click on the appointment to see who it actually belongs to.

I strongly support this request, having users that are blue green colour blind using the calendar is a nightmare for them.

Allow color coded labels to be added to appointments and visible in calendar view

New Feature: Ability to use color coded labels for appointments and to be able to see the label from the calendar view
As a medical assistant (or anyone who is checking in a patient/client), I need to be able to add labels to appointments so that I can see at a glance whether an appointment is virtual or needs specific follow up without having to click into every single appointment and look at notes.
This feature is currently available in Acuity (Squarespace) scheduling
If this feature is not added, it wastes significant time for front desk staff having to look at details of appointments again and again throughout the day
Images included: 1) View in Acuity where labels can be selected to add to an appointment, 2) view in Acuity of the calendar where you can see that a label has been applied by the present of a colored square in the upper right of the appointment

SHOWED UP- CHANGE COLOR
K
Kiley Holt
When an appointment has been marked as "Showed Up", it should change the appointment color to Green (or whatever color). For example, when you mark an appointment as "No Show", it turned red on the calendar. Every single industry would benefit from looking at their calendar and seeing who has showed up by simply looking at their calendar with the Showed Up color. If we don't make this change, the front desk person has to do so much more work (more texts etc.) to let everyone know their client has arrived. This is also helpful for marketing, but why would the client even bother marking the appointment as Showed Up if it literally does absolutely nothing for the calendar and automation of their office? Every single one of my clients has requested this and a few have even switched back to their old booking system because of this one flaw. Seems silly, but it's a HUGE deal to them.

This is CRUCIAL. I know I could just set up a million calendars so each user has their own, but that makes certain booking scenarios a nightmare. I have a calendar group for [service 1] and [service 2]. I have 4 users who all perform [service 1]. The ability to color code the bookings in the [service 1] calendar group by Team Member would be a game changer.
If nothing else changing the SIZE/THICKNESS of the user-specific color bar on the side would be a HUGE improvement. (screenshot). Just make this WILDLY more prominent would help (but I'd still love to see more robust color coding ability overall)

We need the ability to easily identify who is confirmed, unconfirmed, showed, no show, canceled or invalid. Currently our appts get lost on the calendar because people who are confirmed are the same color as those who showed. Please fix!

This is extremely important for healthcare practices. Especially as we pay even more for HIPAA compliance monthly.
