Adjust Date Format within Conversation/Contact for Australia and other countries.

Please customize the date format based on the selected Country and/or time zone selected within Business Info. (Working example: we have a sub-account client based in Australia and their date format is different from us here in the US). We were told by GHL Support: At this time, the date and time format in Contacts and Conversations is standardized across the platform, and it currently follows the format (MM/DD/YYYY). Unfortunately, there isn’t a setting to change this individually for specific sub-accounts such as Australian locations. I know this may not be the ideal experience for your international clients, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience.

Alternately, change the date format to what is standarized across notes, tasks and appointments MMM DD, YYYY eg Dec 6, 2025, like it used to be.
