Currently, when a calendar is set to "New" or "Unconfirmed" appointments, clients are unable to add these appointments to their personal calendars (Google/Outlook) due to a system error.
This creates a poor user experience, as clients should have the ability to save these unconfirmed appointments to their calendars while still keeping the status as "unconfirmed" in the system. This functionality is particularly important to ensure clients can plan their schedules, even if the appointment requires confirmation closer to the date.
