Add Native “Appointment Rescheduled” Trigger or Identifier for Workflows

Currently, when a client reschedules through a GoHighLevel calendar, the system deletes the original appointment and creates a new one. This re-fires “Appointment Booked” automations without firing “Appointment Cancelled,” which breaks all logic for credits, reminders, and reporting in a workflow.
We need a distinct “Appointment Rescheduled” event (or at least a flag or identifier within the booking payload) so workflows and APIs can treat reschedules differently from new bookings. This would allow accurate credit tracking, prevent duplicate confirmation emails, and make bundle or package automations possible for service-based businesses.
