Maybe after 365 two-way sync in a couple of days. At least there should be things you should be able to with Teams at the Outlook level. Sure hope GHL connects to SHARED EXCHANGE MAILBOX.

It's been over a year, and seemingly we have had little feedback from the development team about the high level>teams integration. For a lot of people, this looks like a big deal and big omission in the integration capabiities of HL. Come on development team... get it sorted and at least give us an update!!

Agree completely. I have just come away from Zoom and moved my clients (and my prospects) to Teams, and naturally assumed there would be a GHL and Teams integration. I am pretty astounded, and annoyed, that I have to continue using Zoom within GHL. It is unacceptable to not be able to integrate with Teams, please get this sorted as a PRIORITY!
