We need to be able to add custom fields for appointments, so that values coming from the custom form (like notes added by a customer) are transferred into the appointment (or its description), when an appointment gets booked.

This is definitely needed, when booking a new appointment from within GHL (in app.) we don't have access to Custom Fields or the form we have associated with the Customer Service Calendar. We need to be able to collect additional data (e.g. Gender, Data of Birth, Type of Insurance, "How did you hear about us?") during the in person or over the phone appointment making process (e.g. Medical or Legal practice). These data fields need to also work with/be available in email templates, API and workflows.

is there a workaround for this? I can add custom fields related to Contacts to my Appointment notification, but cannot add custom fields related to Opportunities...

Really need this. Would be a reason to stick with Acuity cause the info isn’t traveling to my google calendar

This would help alot! Currently we capture the names of youth students using a custom field that is stored in the parents contact, however if they book a second child in the data for the first child is overwriten and lost. Since the field isn't stored at the appointment level there is no way of retrieving that info.

Custom Fields To Appointments Will Help us a lot, The option needs to work WIth API and workflow, Which will help to manipulate the message more personal

There's actually a LOT of use cases for this like post call metrics: Call duration, participants, etc. that could all be native or custom fields.
