We need to be able to add custom fields for appointments, so that values coming from the custom form (like notes added by a customer) are transferred into the appointment (or its description), when an appointment gets booked.

There's a handful of suggestions based on this that would put this well over a 100 upvotes. This needs to be added, its silly I can add it via form but cant do it from the front facing calendar in the main highlevel dashboard. Have had a handful of clients request this ability and I have to say no, have lost two and still trying to show other workarounds :(

This is definitely needed, when booking a new appointment from within GHL (in app.) we don't have access to Custom Fields or the form we have associated with the Customer Service Calendar. We need to be able to collect additional data (e.g. Gender, Data of Birth, Type of Insurance, "How did you hear about us?") during the in person or over the phone appointment making process (e.g. Medical or Legal practice). These data fields need to also work with/be available in email templates, API and workflows.

is there a workaround for this? I can add custom fields related to Contacts to my Appointment notification, but cannot add custom fields related to Opportunities...
