Add an Option for Round Robin Calendar to use the same Assigned User for calendar appointment

There is a major business flaw in the Round Robin Calendar.
Currently, if a contact is assigned to a user, the round robin will do a round robin to all the users and will not book the appointment to the assigned user. It will round-robin the appointment and not change the assigned user.
What happens here is if there's a salesperson (user) assigned to a contact. When the contact goes to the Round Robin Calendar, they can be scheduled with another salesperson (user).
There needs to be an option in the Round Robin Calendar that if a contact is already assigned to the user, then schedule the appointment with the assigned user.

Could you tell me where this option is activated so that the calendar assigns the meeting to the owner of the contact, because it is not observed in the calendar.

Please give us an update on expected delivery of this "in progress" update.
We need to know if we need to build a work around or not. If we are days or a couple weeks away, fine, if it's months away, then I need to take different action.
If a contact is assigned to a user, then when they click on a team calendar, the only availability they should see is the assigned user, NOT the entire team. This is ultra basic and should be default behaviour on a round robin calendar system.
Just like if they are booked into a call with eg. John, then the contact clicks to reschedule, the round robin calendar the contact sees should ONLY include John's availability on the round robin.

I'm having an issue with one of my client's subaccounts where they have a round robin discovery call calendar, and if one of their already assigned contacts books a call on this calendar, i want it to not only keep the assigned user to that contact, but ALSO book the call with their respective use as well.
That way if someone is already assigned to a user they stay assigned to that use AND get booked on that round robin calendar with that same person.

It would be nice if Round Robin Calendar can use the same assigned user, and it would be great if when this feature is implemented it is done in a way that Users could also have a user specific url to the Round Robin calendar.
The Round Robin calendar's URL could be augmented with a parameter like "?user=specific-user".
This way if a sales person makes initial contact with a new lead that is no in the CRM or say the user has been in contact with a lead via chat, the sales person can share their specific link to the round Robin calendar that will ensure the lead gets on that specific sales persons' calendar.
I know individual calendars for each sales person could be created, but, as mentioned by others, for large teams and teams with high turnover that is problematic. Less calendars are always going to be easier to manage.

Christopher H We need this too! A salesperson can't even share a link with a client now unless we make them an admin. It does not make any sense.
