Problem: It is not currently possible to create appointments in the past, which prevents the usage of GHL calendar data to accurately track staff hours if an appointment wasn't added to a calendar before it took place. When trying to book an appointment in the past (even using Custom), the dates are all greyed out and there is a "no" icon that appears where the cursor is.
As a medical assistant/service provider/someone who schedules appointments, I should be able to schedule appointments in the past if a service was provided before the appointment had been booked.
We are currently able to do this in Acuity, and we use the appointment data in an automated process validate our timesheets. We would like to do that with GHL so that we no longer need to use Acuity.
