Account Admin users can see full event titles for synced calendar connections even when Account User selects Busy Only setting

Any Account Admin (ability to view Audit Logs, not just Agency Admins) can see event titles for calendar events that come through the sync - even though the user selected to only show Busy for imported events. This inconsistency is a data security issue.
I understand the benefit of seeing the specifics of each event that syncs for the sake of troubleshooting or other reasons, but I think when a user connects their calendar and enables the Busy-Only setting, it should clearly state that Account Admin(s) may still see event details.
