24-hour (and non-US date format) support in Custom values needed!

We’ve just discovered that Custom Values currently only support the 12-hour (AM/PM) clock and the US date format!
When sending appointment confirmations and reminders, it’s essential that time and date information is presented in a format the recipient actually understands. Unfortunately, this small limitation makes GHL close to unsuitable for our European clients, where the 24-hour clock and day-month-year (DD.MM.YYYY) format are standard. We really hope this can be prioritized!

To highlight the importance, if you were to imagine using DD.MM for a moment how would that feel as a user experience?

I would also highly prioritize this, because after a few weeks with Go High Level, I noticed that many customers are unable to cope with the invitations due to the format and are waiting for me for an appointment at the wrong time or on the wrong day.
