When HL systems go down we can sometimes find a mention on a status page like Better Uptime, other times we need to go through the FB Group to find a post that might mention what is happening. The last few days with Cloudflare outages is a good example...also when updates are pushed and things break.
Our customers would like to be able to know what's wrong when things don't work, and an Uptime or Status page mentioning various core services and systems with their status and uptime would be very helpful for them to reference. (a page we can link to from our own sites or embed or host on a subdomain)

Weds August 7th was down for few hours. Was it my agency didn't pay their bill? Was GHL down for a while? Who knows?!

LC Email incoming and outgoing calls were down for Some of our sub-accounts and not all, from 8th May till around 27th May.
No indication from the system that there was a critical component that was failing or faulty.
Client reported an issue with their phone lines... that's the first time we heard about it. Inspecting all our accounts, we found multiple accounts affected. Lots of lost leads that never reached the businesses they were calling, burning Ad spend for weeks.
Turns out it was a GEO setting inside of GHL's Twilio setup, which was turned off for just those accounts of ours who were affected for that specific timeframe, which indicates it was manually done.
Without monitoring critical systems we keep getting major outages and nobody knows about it... Not even GHL staff.

Agency and Users could not log into the system for more than 30 minutes this morning.
No status page to show a critical system went down.
No email from HL to show a critical system went down.
And NOT ONE GHL Dev actually aware of it themselves???
Someone had to make a Facebook Post to get their attention???
Shaun Clark What is going on brother? Can there please be a better system put in place for everyone's sake?
Facebook Groups are really not what we should be relying on here.

Workflows have been down and not running for a few hours today. Not one agency was alerted. We RANDOMLY found out about it while browsing the Facebook Group.
None of customers are receiving their Leads via the workflows we have for them. They're burning Ad spend and neither them nor us were aware of the problem.
