This is a must feature for Sub Accounts for Agencies. Our clients call us every now and then for petty stuff which if Help center was integrated withing the panel without GHL reference then it would have been good work. Later we can help them for certain things. Ticketing feature if put, it should come to us as agency.
Please work on it on priority as this feature request was raised in 2023, 3yrs passed.

Fabrizio Romano Great work, I did the same using AI, my audience its in Spanish so you can imagine the kind of work we had to do on this. The "issue" its that GHL its releasing new features daily, I mean its great but the are so many changes everyday.

Thomas Endara have you tried building a scraper agent to do that automatically? For now I am doing it manually because I want to cherry pick the content. Plus, I keep it in two separate categories updates and support articles, but you can still do it if you want.

Oh my god, yes! We're currently building out our own knowledge base and it's such a pain with all the new features and changes made to GHL!

This is SOOOO needed! I have purchased other services and I'd rather have something directly from HL and I'd even pay more for it. Suggestion, it should be included in the HL Premium support package.

I'm shocked this hasn't been a thing from the beginning. It should be possible to pull up the HL knowledge base within a subaccount but swap out all instances of "HighLevel" with {{location.name}} and use brand board colors.
