Turn off Wallet Balance notifications for sub accounts

We need to be able to turn off notifications for Wallet Balance (Messaging credits) recharge failed for location.
This is extremely annoying and even costs telephony money.

Is there a way to turn these notifications on for subaccount owners?

Man this is horrible! We should be able to set daily or weekly emails or only up to certain # of times. Receiving daily emails about the same thing on each location is damn annoying!!
