Temporarily Pause Sub-Account

Problem: client doesn't pay or requires some time-off for whatever reason and you have deliverables that may or may not cost you money (ie. mailgun/twilio fees, chat widget, missed call text-back, etc) not to mention time and energy of setup and having to turn everything off manually. Simply put: A one-click solution is required.Essentially this would function to pause or temporarily suspend a client's sub-account and deactivate services in the event they didn't pay or they require a time-off period. This would put a stop to all deliverables without having to go into each campaign or trigger to put them on draft mode or what have you. Possibly putting a "Suspend" option under the agency level >> Accounts >> Actions (see attached image) would be appropriate? Thanks, HighLevel friggin' rules!

This isn't actually complete because user's can still access their accounts via the mobile app while the subaccount is paused

Matthew Sheeks is this still a thing? I just had to pause for no payment 40 days late on payment. That stinks if they can RevEx Group?

Jake Landon Not sure, I'm just an agency owner like you. However, the workaround would be to completely remove the account users from the sub-account. They'll stay inside your overall account and can always be added back into the appropriate sub-account later.
I'm assuming you'd break a significant amount of automations if you tried this, however, so not exactly ideal if and when they paid and needed to be re-added.

Yup this should actually be automatic. If they miss a payment account gets suspended after x days of notification emails

Darren Cato: Would LOVE this ^^
Manual is a GREAT step in the right direction but should be automated

May as well add an option to suspend charging a client but leaving the account active as well. I've had a customer fall on hard times and I didn't want to stop their account, that means I had to cancel the stripe recurring payment and then had a problem getting them charged once things got better. Would be nice to have the a one-click solution to suspend/unsuspend payments and/or accounts.
