Stop auto recharge when account is disabled

Right now if a user in SAAS mode has an LC Number and the auto recharge activated, it will keep paying monthly fee also if the subscription has been cancelled and the account has been paused.
This is huge, people get mad at us

As soon as the recharge fails and the Wallet is empty, the agency will be charged for any SMS and emails etc. That should be stopped.

This is not true, if rebilling is enabled for the particular sub account, then all charges will be deducted from the sub account's wallet, if the sub accounts wallet goes below zero, the SMS and emails fails to send. Please set up a call if you need more clarity

Please also allow us to edit the wallet related emails the client gets (low funds, receipt, failed card, etc)

Agree. They should not even be allowed to use any wallet dependent service or activate it if their wallet is empty.

This is a critical problem. It exposes the client and agency to significant risk and admin. If a client has a paused account there isn't a way for them to stop being continually billing at their side.
Instead, the agency has to manually go through and ensure cancellation. This is not an acceptable solution.
Please pause all billing when an account pauses, or at least notify the agency admin and allow us to stop ALL billing for paused accounts in bulk/automatically.
