The biggest one for me would be able to limit the number of funnels. This would allow me to create a lower tier that's very limited and comes with one pre-built funnel, then encourage people to upgrade from there.Could also be helpful to be able to limit number of contacts, forms, and maybe even how much traffic their funnel gets per month

⚠️ Situation
Majority of the people in this group are providing access to their version of GHL on subscription model and charge upfront. It could be just the software reselling or offering software access as part of their service offering.
❓ Issue
When charging upfront, and when customer is paying outside of stripe, it becomes challenging to get paid for the usage for the month.
Even if we make calls/SMS/Triggers/Automation part of the MRR pricing, since the system does not allow us (Agency owners) the ability to define limits, they are not restricted for overage.
This makes a Tom & Jerry game of follow-up.
Yes, we can stop working with them but that is not the solution to the problem and not everyone will be an ideal client.
🎯 Suggestion
If we can have the ability to define limits in the system that would be an ideal situation and as Agency owners, we will have peace of mind of not worrying about a surprised bill from GHL.
This will enhance and create a more positive and healthy Eco-System for Agency Owners who do not want to worry about overage and increased cost.
option to set limits both in $ value or N units for Calls, texts, emails, triggers and automations similar to how we see for user limits and contact limits (picture attached) will be GOLD. 🚀

✅ Work with everyone, no need to fire a client. (Not everyone is a Digital Marketer OG, sometimes agency owners struggle to acquire a client.)
I understand we should be fishing for DREAM clients but we are not in an ideal world. Sometimes even dream clients are struggling in life and we would not have the kind of experience we would want it to be. Our service should be optimized and compatible enough to allow us to continue to grow no matter what the situation is.

Yes, but not just funnels. I'd like to see the ability to limit websites, website pages, forms, surveys, monthly email send limits, monthly text send limits, monthly AI usage limits, monthly review request limits, workflow limits, etc. so we can encourage upgrading to higher-tiered plans.
